Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is required upon booking via our website or BACS.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged 100%.

If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 100%.

If you have booked a package and wish to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund for the remaining appointments at their current price listed on the website.

Missed appointments as part of a package will not be rescheduled.
Insurance Providers: If you are claiming via your insurance, please contact your insurance provider to find out their coverage. Please note that some insurance cost covers may only be enough to cover a 30-minute appointment as example, in this case Bloom Dietetics may recommend purchasing an additional 30-minute appointment which you may need to fund yourselves to ensure you receive a full assessment and the best possible service for your condition.
Contacting You: By providing your contact details, you consent to us contacting you via phone or email. This includes communications about your appointments, follow-up care, and services.
