8. Bookings, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
8.1 Bookings:

Deposit: A 30% payment deposit secures your appointment. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Packages: Bespoke packages can be created. You are responsible for booking appointments within the package timeframe. Expired packages will not be refunded unless an extension is agreed in advance.
8.2 Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments are charged at 100%.

Package refunds are offered at discretion:

Bloom Baby: 4 appointments over 6 months with unlimited WhatsApp support. Refunds for remaining sessions are 50% of the current package price.

Sweet Success: 3 appointments over 6 weeks with 6 weeks of WhatsApp support + 1 postpartum appointment (must be booked within 3 weeks). Refunds for unused sessions are 50%.

Expired packages are non-refundable unless an extension is pre-approved.
8.3 WhatsApp Support:

Support is non-urgent. We aim to respond within 48 hours, but this may vary. In some cases, a consultation may be recommended instead of WhatsApp guidance.
9. Insurance Providers
If claiming via insurance, check coverage with your provider. Partial coverage may require self-funding additional sessions for a complete assessment.
10. Use of Resources and Reports

Resources: Not to be shared or reproduced. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

Nutrient Analysis: Estimates are based on the accuracy of information you provide.

AI Usage: AI may assist in assessments, reports, content creation, and blogs. All outputs are reviewed for clinical accuracy by Bloom Dietetics.
