A little about me - Tazmin Lewis, Prenatal & Paediatric Dietitian 

My journey to supporting you trying to conceive started way before I had my own children, when I use to run antenatal clinics for the NHS back in 2015. Over time, my career has grown alongside my personal experiences, walking beside both clients and close loved ones through their fertility and pregnancy journeys, with all the losses and joys that come with them.

I aim to be more than a source of reliable nutrition advice. My goal is to be part of your village as a friendly dietitian in your pocket that helps you feel supported and confidence at every stage. Having completed additional training in fertility nutrition I can guide you with evidence based, practical advice that with tailored to your lifestyle - whether you have a plant based diet, low levels of AMH, are trying to conceive at an older age or simply feeling overwhelmed about where to begin!
